The initial post-merge Release Please run failed because the inherited workflow read MEIGMA_RELEASE_APP_ID, while the organization exposes MEIGMA_RELEASE_APP_CLIENT_ID for the current meigma-release app.

  • Use the supported client-id action input and current organization variable.
  • Align the repository-settings manifest's tag-bypass actor with the same app.
  • Document that template generation does not copy app installation/credential access or GitHub Pages configuration.

Verification: all five repository-bootstrap tests pass. The real read-only bootstrap plan resolves the updated app and repository settings successfully. No repository rulesets or credential permissions were changed by this PR; those require separate authorization. Runtime code and packaging are unchanged.
