Scope

Refine the V2 UI toward a more premium enterprise operating environment.

• Graphite navigation with stronger wordmark, clearer selected state and legible secondary navigation.
• Crisp white work surfaces, restrained blue actions, fine borders and subtle elevation.
• Exercise result aligned directly beside capability evidence, with a clear primary drill-down action.
• More compact metadata and verification panels without inventing readiness scores or removing scope limitations.
• Compact mobile headers with accessible icon-only refresh, bringing actual results higher on the page.
• Consistent treatment across existing evidence, exercise, remediation, reporting and organization surfaces.
• Live exercise extension: structured incident timeline, simulated artifact treatments, stage/status strip, separate facilitator console and private manual-release queue.
• Participant response composer with direct inject selection, local draft indicator, saved receipt and chronological authorized response ledger.
• Read-only synthetic facilitator/participant examples, selectable from Live exercise preview; no fake successful writes.

This is a presentation-only follow-up to merged PR #25, based directly on current main. No authorization, scoring, data, command, pricing, migration or feature-flag changes.

Verification

• 24 desktop/mobile browser tests passed, including targeted 4.5:1 text-contrast checks in light and dark mode and preview role separation.
• 68 domain, 34 security/client and 20 emulator tests passed for the live-workspace extension.
• The actual connected exercise journey verifies six participant identities, preserved draft after refresh, timeline-to-response selection, no private queue for participants, chronological recorded responses, evaluator observations and explainable score.
• Scoped lint and V2 typecheck passed.
• Production and synthetic review builds passed; existing legacy bundle-size warning remains.
• Visually inspected all six primary sections at desktop/mobile, expanded evidence, dark overview, mobile navigation and create form.
• Desktop/mobile facilitator and participant views, expanded queue text, dark workspace and the real local-emulator screenshots were visually inspected.

Review and rollout boundary

Leave this PR open and unmerged for review. The existing review preview uses these same components with explicitly labeled synthetic data and no production writes. Security PR #24 remains independent; visual polish does not resolve release blockers or activate unfinished product features.
