背景
Refs #37。第 11 条要求托盘状态浮层显示当前 Wi-Fi 名称；名称不可读取时显示通用提示。
变更轮廓
Windows 宿主查询当前 WLAN 连接的 SSID，写入 Wi-Fi 快照，再经 Dart 运行时传到托盘浮层。SSID 只用于显示；若 SSID 不是有效 UTF-8，则尝试使用 Windows 配置名称，仍不可读时显示通用文案。
windows_wifi_contract_test.dart覆盖原生 payload 与通道字段，auth_runtime_test.dart覆盖运行时状态传递，windows_home_test.dart覆盖浮层文案。Windows API 依据：WlanQueryInterface 的
wlan_intf_opcode_current_connection返回当前连接属性；WLAN_CONNECTION_ATTRIBUTES 包含关联 SSID。验证汇总
tool/flutter_sdk.sh flutter pub get：成功。tool/flutter_sdk.sh flutter analyze --no-fatal-infos：通过；现有 94 条 info，无 error 或 warning。tool/flutter_sdk.sh flutter test --reporter=compact：210 项全部通过。tool/flutter_sdk.sh dart format --output=none --set-exit-if-changed .：通过，无格式变更。git diff --check：通过。.github/workflows/ci.yml的 Windows job 会构建 release 客户端。按任务要求，提交后不等待 CI。评审注意事项
Windows 10/11 x64 真机与真实校园 Wi-Fi 验收尚未通过，按 #37 的验收约定继续保持 issue 打开。浮层文本对长名称使用单行省略。
风险与回滚
无持久化格式变更；修复可通过 revert 本提交回滚。Standards 轴提出
FlutterWindow职责集中、主界面与浮层重复投影标题文案两项判断意见。本次接受现状，因为两项都不影响 Wi-Fi 名称传递，且将它们并入会扩大这项局部修复；若之后维护中两处需频繁同步，可单独抽取共享展示逻辑。
