Updates data/_traffic.json NuGet downloads from 185 (stale hardcoded fallback) to 197 (actual value from azuresearch-usnc.nuget.org API). Part of the fix for the refresh-traffic workflow bug where the registration endpoint was queried instead of the Azure Search endpoint.
