The USB installer for Windows creates a couple text files on the USB key, but unfortunately does not indicate the Memtest86+ version. It would be helpful to add that to ease verifying that updating an old key worked, or to check later how old a key is.
I suggest adding the following sentence at the start of Readme.txt (example for the current version):
This USB flash drive contains Memtest86+ version 7.20.
