To support federated (N-of-N) blinded signing servers requires changes to the client to support multiple endpoints.
The lockbox/enclave and server implementations remain unchanged.
Each client is configured with a list of N separate mercury server URLs (can either be clearnet or onion addresses).
The initial shared key (deposit address) is generated by combining the (via linear addition) the partial public key shares generated by each server with the client key share.
Then, when signing - each partial blinded signature from each of the servers is linearly combined to create the full signature.
