On play.meshery.io, call-to-action buttons in the hero/landing sections (e.g. "Access the Playground", "Tutorials") intermittently render overlapping the fixed top navbar instead of maintaining clearance below it. Reproduces in both light and dark theme, and appears tied to scroll state — the button sits correctly right after page load, then overlaps the navbar during/after scrolling.
Expected Behavior
The top navbar should remain a clean, unobstructed bar at all times. CTA buttons and other hero/section content should always render fully below it with consistent spacing, regardless of scroll position or theme.
