Current Behavior
On play.meshery.io, when scrolling down the page, certain buttons — "Access the Playground" (hero section), "Tutorials" and "Learn More" (card section) — incorrectly stick to the top of the navbar instead of scrolling naturally behind it.
Expected Behavior
The buttons should scroll naturally with the rest of the page content and disappear behind the sticky navbar like every other element on the page.

2.Scroll down slowly
3.Observe the "Access the Playground", "Tutorials" and "Learn More" buttons floating up and sticking to the navbar instead of scrolling behind it
