Run the SegmentMRI_Single.py to upload one or two dicom image slides. The slides must be compressed into a .zip file, and this target file can be nested in multiple folders/zip files.
The two windows will be synchronized in terms of zooming, panning, and selected regions of interest. Individual control is present for adjusting brightness/contrast of each slide.
Select an area of the image to zoom into.
Coordinates and areas of selected points are exported to a csv file, labeled with 'target id'. Tiff files of the dicom images after selecting the points is also exported.
