# metadatastician

# The Metadatastician
Shared work. This organisation holds what has more than one author or more than one user:

**Metadata as an art of context.** We build experimental tools for reading the hidden
structure around things.
- **Joint research** — principally with Joshua Jewell (e.g. MetaManifold).
- **Estate infrastructure** — the tooling the research and the studio both run on: estate operations,
hypatia / gitbot-fleet, cicd-squabbler, BoJ server, the API adapter, proof tooling.

## What lives here
Single-author scholarship (the type family, languages, databases, standards) lives at
[hyperpolymath](https://github.com/hyperpolymath); the game studio at
[Invisible Door Studios](https://github.com/invisible-door-studios).

## Licensing

This estate uses three licences deliberately, not by accident:

- **MPL-2.0** — the default. Work meant to be built upon and adopted widely.
- **AGPL-3.0-or-later** — games, and projects co-developed with family. AGPL §13 reaches
network deployment, which is how a game is most often encountered.
- **CC-BY-SA-4.0** — prose and documentation throughout.

A repository's own `LICENSE` file is authoritative. Licences are never changed by
automation.
