What this PR is for?
Remove API request to
/api/versionto verify whetheritem-type-definitionandcatalogcommands work (meaning: Mia-Platform Console v14.1 or above). Considering that the latest miactl version works with Mia-Platform Console v15 and above, these check are not necessary anymore.
