When I update a container I briefly get devices created in home assistant like: dockervm Docker a14eabb914f2_dozzle with State and Health entities, the entities goes to unavailable and then the device with the naming I configured is created/updated.
Can it be prevented that it doesn't publish the messages until the nodename has been adapted?
I assume that they will be removed when the TTL has passed but would be nice to not have them cluttering home assistant.
Will home_assistant_single_device affect this in any way? I suppose I will still get the unavailable entities under that device instead.
