Renovate had nine open dependency PRs, several abandoned and several failing. Merging them one at a time would mean nine rounds of vendor hash and lockfile conflicts. This brings every pinned dependency to its latest release at once, including pins Renovate does not track. Go: every module in go.mod is at its latest version, direct and indirect. mcp-go stays on v1.3.0. A v2.0.0 module version exists on the Go proxy, but upstream tagged it by mistake, deleted the tag, and reverted the module path change before releasing v1.3.0. Release tooling: @semantic-release/git 11 is ES-module only and needs semantic-release 20.1 or newer; this repo runs 25. The conventionalcommits preset 10 replaces a type's `hidden: true` with `effect: "hidden"`, so .releaserc.json moves to the new key. Without that, chore, ci, style, and test commits would show up in release notes. Version bumps do not change: the commit analyzer applies its own release rules and ignores the preset's types. CI tools: the osv-scanner, trufflehog, and goreleaser pins sit inline in workflow files where Renovate does not see them. Mermaid 12 changes the default diagram layout and look, and it recolors flowchart, state, and class diagrams. docs.css styles the SVG structure that the classic look produces, so the init script asks for the dagre layout and the classic look by name. With those settings, the data model and relay architecture pages render the same as on Mermaid 11. Mermaid 12 requires Safari 17.4 or newer. Preset 10 needs conventional-changelog-writer 9, but the newest stable @semantic-release/release-notes-generator (14.1.1, the one bundled with semantic-release 25) still depends on writer 8. Only its 15.0 betas move to writer 9. With preset 10, every release would stop at the release-notes step with "Missing helper", which the dry-run job caught. 9.3.1 is the newest preset that works with the stable stack. 9.x spells hidden changelog sections as "hidden": true, so .releaserc.json goes back to that key.
