Prepare 4.0.0 for publication after #77. Update the package, lockfile, changelog and citation metadata together. The major version reflects changes to documented fine-mapping loader outputs and
Speciesdefaults; the citation retains the concept DOI and removes the previous release's version-specific DOI.Validation: full repository hooks, including the 1,527-test suite, plus wheel and source distribution builds. Runtime code is unchanged from #77.
