Describe the bug
When a lead creates new users through the Commasto app, these users are not automatically added to the "Events" Teams team. More abstract, there is no way to define a list of standard teams that a new user should be put into.
Expected behavior
If a new user is added to Teams, they should automatically be added to all public teams that exist in Microsoft Teams. Alternatively, it would be even better if Admins could define a list of channels where new users should be automatically added to. An API to do this would be enough, this functionality could be added into the Commasto frontend.
