the shortDescription submitted in #165 was shortened on the submission branch and never matched the extension's canonical copy. restore the intended text.

The gallery listing landed with microsoft/CmdPal-Extensions#165, so users have been able to find and install Inkling from inside the palette since then. Install only ever named the Store and WinGet.
