This PR replaces the existing Agent Review Tool reference guide with an updated, task-based guide aimed at makers and administrators using the Microsoft Copilot Agent Kit. It reframes the content around setup, supported review sources, how to interpret results, exports, security/privacy, Copilot Credit usage, limitations, and troubleshooting.
Changes:
- Rewrites the guide into a task-oriented structure (setup → launch → choose review source → interpret results → exports → security/cost/limits).
- Updates content to cover additional review scopes (skills & automations) and clarifies what different result “Powered by” modes provide.
- Refreshes the document to align with current UI concepts and includes updated screenshot references in
media/.
