[BUG] Text in color picker does not have sufficient contrast in dark theme #1927

Description

Describe the bug
The input labels in the color picker do not have sufficient contrast with the background when using the dark theme.

To Reproduce

  1. Ensure you have dark theme set in Windows under Personalization settings
  2. Open the Color Contrast analyzer
  3. Click on the dropdown box under Color 1 or Color 2

Expected behavior
Text in the color picker is easy to read

Actual behavior
The labels "Hex", "Red", "Green", and "Blue" above the input boxes are rendering in Black on a dark background, so it is not easy to read
