User impact: Today, doc.microsoft.com hosts our How to Fix guidance, but there' no clear ownership of its content. As the content is customized for us, perhaps we should own it; if so, we should migrate this over to our own documentation site. Work required: (PMs) Migrate content from docs.microsoft.com to accessibilityinsights.io (SWEs) Update the code to reference the content from accessibilityinsights.io
