Having the SurvivorRecord as a separate event was a convenient choice with pre-unified logs. With Unified Logging it makes sense to pull SurvivorRecord into the GCEvent. This PR does this without modifying the previously existing API and parser that publishes SurvivorRecord as it's own event. That API will be depreciated in a future PR.
