Pull request overview

This PR removes duplicated Azure Developer CLI (azd) template files for remote self-hosting of the Azure MCP Server, consolidating them into external Azure-Samples repositories. The local README files are reduced to simple redirects to the corresponding Azure-Samples repositories.

Key Changes

  • Removed all Bicep infrastructure files and configuration from both azd templates (aca-foundry-managed-identity and aca-copilot-studio-managed-identity)
  • Replaced comprehensive README documentation with minimal redirect pages pointing to Azure-Samples repos
  • Removed associated images and configuration files from the aca-copilot-studio-managed-identity template
