What changed in this PR
This PR bumps the pinned actions/checkout GitHub Action from v6.1.0 to v7.0.1 across all CI workflows in the repository. Each of the bundled Moodle plugins maintains its own .github/workflows/ci.yml, plus the root aggregate workflow, so the change is applied uniformly to keep CI tooling current and consistent.
Changes:
- Updated the
actions/checkoutcommit SHA pin fromd23441a...(v6.1.0) to3d3c42e...(v7.0.1) in 12 workflow files. - The accompanying
# v7.0.1version comment is kept accurate and matches the new SHA (verified against the upstream git ref).
