Fixes Supplier Invoice Portal template seed data so purchase-order and invoice status fields use the Dataverse option values defined in the unmanaged solution, instead of ordinal values that Dataverse rejects during seed import.\n\nValidation run locally:\n- node --test templates/scripts/validate-templates.test.js\n- node templates/scripts/validate-templates.js\n- node templates/scripts/validate-templates.js --enforce-unmanaged
