Product leader. I've spent close to 20 years working in banking, fintech, payments and consumer products. Here I build real things with AI: I set the direction, make the product calls and test on real devices; Claude writes the code, the tests and the records, under rules I set. Everything here went through a privacy check before it went public.
| Project | What it is | Why it's worth a look |
|---|---|---|
| 2350 | A strategy game about the next two centuries. There's no app: an AI game master runs the whole game from a one-file rules engine. | Designed in seven AI-run playtests. The atlas and the design journal show what each season broke and what changed because of it. |
| Brolga Credit | A consumer-lending demo on the Zepto payments API: account verification, disbursement, PayTo collections and the full agreement lifecycle. | Every step is a real call against the sandbox. Three independent reviews, and every fix they led to is covered by a test. |
| Cooking Lab | A local-first Android cooking notebook: record a cook as it happens, review it in your own words, learn for next time. | Privacy as architecture: encrypted on the phone, no account, no cloud, no analytics. The assistant proposes; nothing enters the record until the cook approves it. |
| Monster Lab · play it | A mix-and-match monster flip book on a phone, with a toy-model town the monsters move into. | Built in a day alongside the printed book it goes with. One HTML file, no framework. |
| Learning Lab · play it | Counting, maths and letter games starring the same monsters. | The letter games use recorded family voices behind a private link, and the lock that keeps them private is tested. |
| Seek and Find · play it | A seek-and-find game in English and Korean, with the hidden characters placed in code. | The book and the website come from the same file, so the answer key is right by construction. |
- Private first, public through a check. Every repo starts private. Before the switch, its whole history, every image and all metadata are scanned for anything personal.
-
- Nothing ships without my yes. Deploys, settings and keys stay with me. The assistant proposes; I approve.
-
- Each project keeps its own record: the rules the AI works under, what was decided and why, and what independent reviews found.
-
-
Only what the thing needs. Native apps where it matters, one HTML file where it doesn't.
-
Some builds stay private on purpose: anything that touches my mail, my calendar or my family's data. Write-ups of those are coming.
