What changed

  • Adds hover targets and plain-language tooltips to the rate-limit projection graph.
  • Uses reported window durations for labels, including weekly and multi-week limits, while keeping role-based fallbacks when duration data is missing.
  • Prefers a standalone Codex CLI over executables inside ChatGPT.app or Codex.app.
  • Bumps the app version to 0.1.16.

Why

The projection graph needed enough context to explain its pace line, current position, reset marker, and projected-empty point. The CLI resolver also selected a private app-bundle executable before an installed CLI, which could trigger a macOS malware warning even when a supported standalone CLI was available.

Impact

People can inspect the projection graph directly, rate-limit labels follow the duration returned by Codex, and the toolbar avoids app-internal CLI binaries whenever a standalone installation is available.

Checks

  • swift test — 186 tests passed
