Add a first-class example Pack for scientific paper review: IMRaD ontology, reporting-guideline and citation-integrity units, and a behavior-only peer-reviewer profile. Add a synthetic low-quality paper and a MockDecisionClient sketch that runs the scientific Pack through TaktReviewer in reviewer order, so wrong assumptions surface before Temida-scale legal packs. Co-authored-by: Patryk Mikołajczyk <mikolaj92@users.noreply.github.com>

ReviewKit is a platform engine. Legal review stays a Temida host Pack; scientific paper review is a first-class example Pack in this repo, not a domain in
src/reviewkit. The Pack is also the testbed for the three reviewer transitions (name → judge → act) so wrong assumptions surface before Temida-scale legal packs.What landed
