Moves Shelly pool pump monitoring into a new packages/energy.yaml that also owns the shared sensor.energy_pv_surplus and binary_sensor.energy_free_available primitives (per the hrds-dehumidifier plan's energy architecture decision). packages/pool_pump.yaml adds HA control of the Shelly plug, VistaPool ORP/pH references, a schedule entity replacing the Shelly's internal scheduler, an early-start automation for morning PV surplus, and an extended-run automation that keeps the pump going past schedule when it's hot, ORP is alarming, and PV surplus or battery SOC can sustain it. Replaces placeholder sensor.vistapool_orp/ph with the confirmed entity IDs from the live system: sensor.mike_redox_potential, sensor.mike_ph, and adds sensor.mike_temperature to the conftest baseline seed.
