插件位于 plugins/available/ 下，lib 渲染模块在 plugins/lib/ 下， require 必须用 ../lib/qq-image-render 而非 ./lib/qq-image-render。 之前路径错误导致部署后插件加载失败（Cannot find module './lib/qq-image-render'）
