Fixed JSON Parse error

• Fixed "Unable to parse response as JSON" error - caused by AceProject blocking the Httpie default User-Agent. Problem was fixed in the millsoft/aceproject library.

Added Rollbar

Rollbar will send any exceptions to me, so I can fix them asap.
If you don't want this feature, edit ace.php and comment out the line self::initErrorLogging(); (line 56)
In this release I am just trying out Rollbar, and I am not sure if this stays forever.

Updated Libraries

This tool stopped working because AceProject isn't working anymore with "non https".
Updated the main aceproject library and symfony command library.
