- Standard config for an Ender Pro with Creality Silent Board v4.2.7 with options for a BLTouch and a Sprite Pro Extruder
- Enable "HOST_ACTION_COMMANDS" for OctoPrint.
- Enable "FILAMENT_RUNOUT_SENSOR", "NOZZLE_PARK_FEATURE" and "ADVANCED_PAUSE_FEATURE" for filament runout sensor.
- Set "TEMP_SENSOR_0 13", "HEATER_0_MINTEMP 5" and "HEATER_0_MAXTEMP 300" for Sprite Pro extruder which can handle up to 300C
