Summary

  • Adds full README translations: README.zh.md (Chinese), README.es.md (Spanish), README.pt.md (Portuguese), README.hi.md (Hindi).
  • Each translated file cross-links back to English and to the other translations, with a translated "back to top" anchor.
  • Adds a subtle language-switch line under the nav links in the main README.md.
  • Commands, code blocks, and URLs (with utm params) are left untranslated; only prose, headings, and table labels are localized.

Test plan

  • Preview each README file on GitHub to confirm rendering (badges, tables, links, anchors).
  • Click through the language-switch links in each file to confirm they resolve correctly.

Adds README.zh.md, README.es.md, README.pt.md, and README.hi.md as
full translations of the main README, cross-linked to each other and
back to English. Adds a language-switch line to README.md.
