Download the dataset zip file and upload it to your google drive so that it can be used.
If you want modify the data setting, change the ColorHintTransform class.
Default setting is resizing to 128x128 resolution.
The testing dataset will be given with 128x128 resolution, color hints 5%, 3%, 1%.
