Local payment experts currently enter through engineering instructions and broad coverage issues. This adds plain-language contribution paths for research, scoped market review, and corrections, with issue forms, a PR template, review guidance, contributor credit, and a visible README entry point.
The generated coverage view joins the runtime inventory with separate evidence records. Missing sources/reviews remain explicitly unrecorded; candidate records are pending and do not imply exhaustive market coverage or expert approval.
docs:checkvalidates the evidence and detects coverage drift. Contributor documents are included in the package so README links resolve.CONTRIBUTING.mddescribes how to add an accepted cash pair by hand withcreateCashPaymentChannel.AGENTS.mdnow documents the per-countrysrc/channels/<country>/layout, the_<currency>filename suffix for multi-currency channels, and where channels must be exported and registered. Non-cash definitions remain deliberately authored from researched requirements. All 262 existing runtime schemas and dependency versions are unchanged.Contribution labels are live. Focused tasks #53, #54, #55, and #56 are linked from #20, #21, and #29; #25 now identifies its remaining local-review requirement without duplicating the merged implementation. These tasks remain open and are not completed by this PR.
Validation:
npm run docs:generateandnpm run checkpassed (62 tests, including evidence review rules and coverage generation).npm pack --dry-runpassed;npm run verify:packpassed for installed ESM and CommonJS consumers.git diff --checkpassed. Issue form YAML was parsed and checked for field structure and unique IDs.Historical research and technical review are credited with source links in
CONTRIBUTORS.md; that credit does not assert local market expertise. No response-time SLA or ongoing reviewer assignment is introduced.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
