Add fr-CA locale to internationalization guide

Summary

Added the fr-CA (French Canadian) locale code to the supported language codes list in the internationalization guide across all language versions (en, es, fr, zh).

This locale was recently added to the platform configuration but was missing from the internationalization guide's reference list. The settings reference and structure pages already include fr-CA.

What changed

• Added fr-CA entry to the supported language codes expandable in guides/internationalization.mdx
• Updated the Spanish, French, and Chinese translations with the corresponding localized label
