Add Mintlify UI identifiers to Vale vocabulary

Summary

• Added 30 regex patterns covering 74 Mintlify UI identifier and selector names to the Vale vocabulary accept.txt
• These terms appear as plain text in customize/custom-scripts.mdx (inside Accordion components documenting CSS identifiers and selectors) and would be flagged by Vale.Spelling
• Triggered by PR Document data-active attribute for active state CSS targeting #4524 which modified customize/custom-scripts.mdx

The patterns use regex grouping to efficiently cover related identifier families (e.g., Sidebar(Content|Group(Header|Icon)?|Nav(GroupDivider|Item)|Title) instead of 7 separate entries).

Updates the Vale vocabulary accept.txt to whitelist Mintlify UI identifier/selector names (added as grouped regex patterns) so these component/selector strings are no longer flagged by Vale.Spelling in documentation content.
