Translate API introduction v2 endpoint updates to es, fr, zh

Summary

• Updated es/api/introduction.mdx, fr/api/introduction.mdx, and zh/api/introduction.mdx to reflect the v2 API endpoint changes from the English source
• Changed agent API links from /api/agent/create-agent-job to /api/agent/v2/create-agent-job (and similar for other agent endpoints)
• Replaced "Get all agent jobs" with "Send follow-up message" and updated the corresponding link
• Renamed "Generate assistant message" to "Create assistant message" with the new v2 endpoint path

Overview
Updates the Spanish, French, and Chinese API introduction pages to reflect v2 REST API endpoint names and routes.

Agent job references are switched to /api/agent/v2/... and the docs replace the prior “get all agent jobs” mention with the new Send follow-up message endpoint. Assistant messaging references are updated from “Generate assistant message” to Create assistant message with the new create-assistant-message-v2 path, and the authentication sections are adjusted accordingly (plus minor French typography fixes).
