Overview
Documents several previously undocumented component props across the MDX docs: adds disabled to Card, lazy to Expandable, and a shared dropdown prop for RequestExample/ResponseExample.

Extends ParamField/ResponseField docs with hidden/id (and enum for ParamField), and updates icon snippets to include additional Font Awesome iconType values (notably the sharp-* variants).
