docs: clarify markdown delivery for AI agents

Summary

Update the AI-native page to reflect that Markdown versions of pages are available via the .md URL suffix or Accept: text/markdown header, rather than being delivered automatically to AI agents.

Changes

• Rewrote the discovery paragraph in ai-native.mdx to describe how AI tools can request Markdown explicitly.
• Mirrored the update in the Spanish, French, and Chinese translations.

Context

The upstream change reverted automatic Markdown responses based on AI user-agent detection. The previous wording ("All pages send their content as Markdown to AI agents instead of HTML") no longer matches behavior, so the docs now describe the explicit opt-in paths (.md URL and Accept header) that continue to work.
