Summary

Documents new controls for organization-level agent integrations: a visibility setting (public, private, hidden) that determines which teammates the agent uses the integration for, and an access level setting (read, write) that determines whether the agent can perform write actions.

Changes

  • Added a "Control who can use an organization-level integration" section to the Slack agent page explaining each visibility level, each access level, and when to use them.
  • Included a short usage example contrasting a read-only Linear setup with a public read/write Gmail setup.
  • Clarified that personal integrations connected from Slack are not affected by these settings.

Note

Low Risk
Documentation-only updates describing integration permissions; no runtime or behavioral code changes.

Overview
Adds a new section to the Slack agent docs explaining organization-level integration controls: visibility (public/private/hidden) and access level (read/write), including defaults and recommended use cases.

Updates the Spanish and French versions with the same guidance (including a dedicated anchor for the new section) and clarifies that personal Slack-connected integrations are unaffected by org-level settings.
