The previous typeface, Gleboo, don't have a weight 700 equivalent. Changed to PT Sans Caption, that is optimized for captioning.

Fixes issue #10
Descriptions should be updated according to the changes of the website content and future planned changes but for now, we have a tentative description for the main pages.
