docs: align README with mitya.dev house style - #5
Merged

Conversation
Restructure into the lunaland-style layout: centered header with tech badges, dual-audience (parents/developers) anchor nav, an architecture mermaid diagram, and a new "Docs & decisions" section linking the PRD, architecture, API contract, and ADRs (0001–0022). Prose content kept; the env table is trimmed to the must-set variables with the rest pointed at .env.example. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Aligns the README to the mitya.dev house style (the lunaland template).
What changed
/apiproxy → NestJS → Postgres/Redis, syncing from upstreamweb.mashov.info).architecture.md,api-contract.md, and the ADRs (0001–0022 + index) — previously unlinked..env.example.Existing prose (What it is / What you get / How it works / Good to know) is preserved.
