[codex] skip incomplete article stubs

What changed

• Skip article tweets when X only provides an article stub without content_state.blocks.
• Keep full article payloads captured normally when the observed response includes the body.
• Refresh parser golden fixtures so stub-only captures produce no JSONL rows.
• Document that incomplete article stubs are intentionally skipped instead of being saved as partial rows.

Why

Issue #45 proposed auto-fetching article detail payloads after seeing timeline stubs. That would add active X/Twitter requests from the capture workflow, which conflicts with xTap's passive model. Skipping incomplete stubs preserves the zero-extra-request contract and avoids poisoning seenIds with rows that downstream consumers may mistake for complete article captures.

Fixes #45.

Validation

python3 -m pytest tests/ -v && node --test tests/*.test.mjs

Result: 135 Python tests passed, 95 Node tests passed.
