Corrects the package Homepage while retaining the library documentation route and canonical author and maintainer identities. Wheel, sdist, artifact, and published-release checks now enforce the exact metadata contract. Both ecosystem callers use the current immutable policy snapshot, and ordinary documentation CI remains build-only.
Verification: 1,035 tests pass with 29 skipped; Ruff, formatting, ty, actionlint, strict MkDocs, and all pre-commit hooks pass.
Release: publish Live 0.1.3 from the merged main commit.
