   The published artifacts are valid. Independent verification against the retained candidate now passes with the missing isolated runtime dependency supplied:

   • PyPI metadata and digests match candidate.json.
   • GitHub release v0.1.5 targets 07db811feac5541882201440eae4238c9dd9a39e and matches the candidate artifacts.
   • Deployed Specs documentation reports version 0.1.5 and the same commit at both the root and API routes.

   PR #20 adds packaging to the post-publication verifier runtime and a workflow contract regression test. The release version will not be reused.
