Have you posted about this in the stan discourse?

Hi! I'm one of the maintainers of the stan math library and the stanc compiler. Have you posted about this project on the stan forums yet? This is something we have been talking about adding to the language. If you are interested in a project like that then we would be very happy to discuss that!

Hi, thanks a lot for reaching out, and sorry for the slow reply!

I haven't posted on the Stan forums yet, but I definitely plan to. Before I do, I want to finish a few things I'm still working on and make sure everything works properly, including some quality-of-life language features. I'm also putting together a small case study showing how libraries can be used without giving up model reproducibility or the visibility of the underlying Stan code.

I'll share it on the forums once that's ready. I'd also be very happy to discuss it with you and the team. It's great to hear this is something you've been thinking about for the language.
