This is a google sheets template for writing surveys with questions and answers that can be converted to the "survey" and "choices" sheets of an xlsform (see odk or formhub). People who are not familiar with xlsform should be able to write these, and use the comments to specify the skip logic and constraints in some human readable format.

R functions are then used to read the simple survey and create the "survey" and "choices" sheets on the same google doc, which can then be modified with the constraints and skip code by someone xlsform-literate for subsequent submission to formhub or odk aggregate.

Again, this is already done better with ODK build and others, but they don't make xlsforms, which I unfortunately still use.
