- Replace dark glass/gradient styling with a plain light theme (dark via prefers-color-scheme): thin borders, one accent, serif headings - Self-hosted Inter + Fraunces (OFL), preloaded with hashed URLs - Nav with active state, skip link, focus styles, 44px targets - Seo component (title, description, canonical, OG, JSON-LD), sitemap.xml, robots.txt, +error page - Home: next meeting + recently discussed pulled from data - Schedule/Papers/Leadership: shared .rows/.cards classes, no inline styles - Small webp logo for in-page use (6 KB instead of 640 KB png) Lighthouse (mobile): 98/100/100/100 on all pages
