- Replace the (inaccurate) left-truncation/risk-set framing with the standard
  remedy: model treatment as a time-varying covariate so the immortal
  pre-treatment period is attributed to the untreated state, with landmark as
  an alternative [@Suissa2008; @Levesque2010], and the multi-state equivalent
- Note partition-based reductions lend themselves to time-varying covariates,
  citing Laird & Olivier (1981) (PEM) and D'Agostino et al. (1990) (pooled
  logistic / survival stacking)

Remove the [@Laird1981; @dagostinoRelationPooledLogistic1990a] citation from the
partition-reductions parenthetical (per author preference); close the parenthesis.
