fix: correct marketplace source to ./plugins/devplan#165

Prior commit moved the plugin into the subdirectory but the source edit was not staged, so source stayed '.' pointing at the now-empty root. Corrects it. Made on [Distiller](https://pamir.ai)

source was left as '.' after the subdir move. Corrects it so /plugin install devplan@mmorris35 resolves.
