fix: restore MSRV and package licenses

Summary

• release the synchronized Typesayer family as 0.1.1
• restore the declared Rust 1.88 MSRV through Modelplease 0.1.1 and Parzen 0.1.1
• include both license texts in every published crate and expand supporting crate documentation
• make release workflow wording version-neutral

Validation

• Rust 1.88 workspace check and Clippy with all targets/features
• 585 nextest tests
• rustdoc and doctests with warnings denied
• cargo-deny, actionlint, license-header and diff checks
• dependency-ordered package dry-runs against registry Modelplease/Parzen artifacts
